Please try to format the card on your camera (please refer to camera manual or device manufacturer for formatting procedures in the camera). If formatting in the camear did not work, we may try to format the card on the PC. To format your card: Connect the card to your computer through a card reader, please right click on the removable drive associated to your card and select format. This will erase all data off the unit and correct errors from it; making the unit usable again.

Before clicking on start make sure that the file system is on 'fat' and that the format options are all unchecked. Or, if the first format fails, please right click on my computer and Select Manage. When Computer Management comes up, please click on Disk Management on the left hand Side.
