It provides an insulated computer environment filled with cute characters and bold graphics in which kids can learn motor, sensory, language, and thinking skills as they play. The software includes three levels of difficulty that roughly correspond to the ages of 1 to 3 years. With many of the activities, if kids repeatedly hit a key, the program rewards them with different animations. The software can be played in 17 different languages. Parents can add to the system by purchasing additional software, including 'Home Hunt,' 'Let's Imagine,' and 'New Friends' (each title sells for $20).

I purchased my first Comfy keyboard in 1997 and my son LOVED it! I loved it too, it was educational and supplemented what I was working on teaching him, colors, shapes, plus it has music, weather, a phone to talk with the characters, etc. That keyboard lasted through 2 children, I still have that original CD.

When the 3rd came along, I didn't think they made them anymore. I was so happy to find one and we are thrilled to have it again!

My baby loves playing with it and my older kids love sharing a toy they loved with her. The company website advises that the retailer should replace the CD with correct version for free, which was not the case. One retailer approved the return, but the postage cost about half of the refund. Another retailer did not approve the return on the ground that the product was opened.

I filed a claim to get my money back. I am debating whether to make the purchase from the website at a higher price, plus *international* shipping fees ($10 flat rate regardless number of items). What holds me back is that there is no way I can talk to a company representative in the US to verify the version of the CDs I am about to purchase. Their policy is that you can only return the items in original packaging, hence the same problem as above.
